We strive to get out orders just as soon as possible! All orders are handmade to order, so please allow 5-7 days for production before shipping. As peak times of the year arise (holidays, etc.), we will do our best to do accommodate the demand. If you are needing an order by a certain date, please contact us and we can Rush Your Order with an additional charge. 

 

Returns Policy
 

Finding Iowa cannot give cash refunds - we gladly exchange items in new condition.  CUSTOM ORDERS cannot be returned or exchanged. Thank you!

 

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. If your return is the result of damage-upon-arrival, please contact us within 7 days. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most items will ship using USPS. Tracking for you order will be emailed to you upon shipping.
